Conical twin screw extruder machine has two options on common meter control and computer control system and two options for DC and AC driven motor system.
Conical twin screw extruder is an efficient mixing and extrusion equipment. The machine has the characteristics of small shear rate, difficult decomposition of materials, uniform plasticization and mixing, stable quality, high output, wide application range and long service life.
High efficiency and low noise air cooling system, reliable and effective vacuum exhaust system, high precision, wide speed regulation, forced quantitative feeding system, high performance deceleration torque distribution gearbox, perfect accurate temperature automatic control system, accurate and stable speed regulation system.
The conical twin-screw extruder is characterized by uniform plasticizing mixing, high output, stable quality, wide adaptability, long service life and direct molding of PVC powder. With the corresponding molding head, mold and auxiliary machine, all kinds of thermoplastics, especially PVC powder, can be directly extruded into plastic products such as pipes, plates, sheets, rods, films and profiles, and the modification of all kinds of plastics and the granulation process of powder can also be completed.
The conical twin-screw extruder has stable performance, which can make the melt plasticize and extrude well at low temperature. The barrel is equipped with cast aluminum heater, which has high thermal efficiency, fast and uniform temperature rise, and equipped with cooling fan.
The specially designed transmission part adopts a new type of variable frequency motor or direct drive current motor, with smooth operation, large transmission torque and high efficiency. The imported frequency converter or DC speed regulator can achieve stepless and stable speed regulation, high precision and energy saving. Adopting intelligent double display digital temperature controller, it has high control precision and small temperature fluctuation. It is equipped with overload protection and fault alarm, constant temperature of screw core oil circulation, barrel oil cooling and other functions, as well as vacuum exhaust pipe device and quantitative feeding device.
